COREALIS kick-off meeting, in Athens Greece
May 7, 2018 @ 9:00 am - May 8, 2018 @ 5:00 pm
The COREALIS kick-off meeting was hosted by the Institute of Communications and Computer Systems (ICCS) in Athens between the 7th and 8th May, 2018. All 17 project partners and the European Commission were represented at the two-day meeting hosted by the project coordinator ICCS in the Greek capital.
The Kick-off Meeting was organised to landmark the beginning of the project and streamline the initial course of action. The project goals were highlighted and the 10 Work Package leaders explained their roles, responsibilities and visions for paving the way for future ports. The main goal of the meeting was to provide a complete project go-through, iterating on the project innovations as well as Living Labs’ expectations and organise the activities of the first semester.
The COREALIS consortium had the pleasure to welcome representatives from ‘Docks The Future’ & ‘PIXEL’ H2020 projects, which are funded under the same MG-7-3-2017 call.
The European Commission gave the consortium an informative overview of Ports of the Future projects and useful tips on how to deal with challenges that are likely to surface during the lifetime of the project.
The next COREALIS project meeting will be announced soon.
