The 16th edition of GreenPort Cruise & Congress<\/a> will be hosted by the Port of Piraeus and will take place in Piraeus, Greece from 20-22 October 2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The conference provides over 180 decision makers from the port community – port authorities, terminal operators, shipping lines, logistics operators – with a meeting place to both learn about and discuss the latest in sustainable development and environmental practice to enable them to effectively implement the changes needed to reduce their carbon footprint and to be more sensitive to environmental considerations.<\/p>\n

GreenPort Cruise & Congress 2021 will cover a range of themes including the EU\u2019s new climate plan, financial and technical challenges to onshore power supply, ports getting ahead for new fuels, collaborative community projects, sustainable transport and logistics in the hinterland connections of the port, eco-cruise ships and sustainable cruise initiatives in Europe.<\/p>\n

COREALIS will be represented by DELTARES with a presentation about the recent advances in harmonizing marine seaport infrastructure with the environment, including also information about the new version of the PoFSG.<\/p>\n
