The International Physical Internet Conference 2021<\/a> aims to provide an open forum for researchers, industry representatives, government officials and citizens to together explore, discuss, introduce leading edge concepts, methodologies, recent projects, technological advancements,start-up initiatives, for current and future Physical Internet implementation.Conference topics include Logistics Nodes, Logistics Networks, System of Logistic Networks, Access and Adoption, Governance. New business models, enabling technologies and experimentations already underway will be presented, making this meeting a unique opportunity to learn, network and discuss the latest results and challenges about interconnected logistics.<\/p>\n The 8th IPIC Conference 2021 took place virtually on 14th to 16th of June 2021.<\/p>\n ICCS and VPF have submitted two technical papers as of below:<\/p>\n \ud83d\udd39<\/span>5G applications in ports, corridors and logistics hubs<\/em>\u00a0(ICCS)<\/p>\n \ud83d\udd39<\/span>Collaborative service-dominant business -model design for a Just-in-time rail shuttle service at the port of Valencia<\/em> (VPF)<\/p>\n Both papers are under publication in the conference proceedings and will be made available here as well.<\/p>\n Information about the registration fees is available here<\/a>.
